Refunds

The following conditions are the only instances in which refunds are available:
• If the product arrives damaged.
• If the item received is the wrong one.

For these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing the order details and clear photos showing the issue with the product.

How to Report an Issue

  2. Verification: In the email, mention your order number and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Resolution: If the issue is verified, we will provide either:
    • A replacement product without any additional charges.
    • A full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

• No returns or refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind.
• Damaged products from improper use are non-refundable.
